Stardate 2010 - Jim emptied our ashtray out the window today...

Reading an article in the New York Times today about an unidentified item floating around the Space Shuttle I couldn't get past the following line:

“But in the past, they have simply turned out to be bits of ice or errant plastic bags floating out of the payload bay.”

Nice to see there are no heavenly bounds on our capacity to pollute. Yay humans!
